Sometimes I wish I could work in field again so I could grow out my hair long again and hide the curly kramer-esque hair under my bandana and hard hat. >_< N no one would question my facial hair one bit either. -_- N tired of losing earrings cause I take it off to go to work! BAH! Office jobs....but I do get comfy seat and bug you all, guess its not TOO bad. And I get to bug sagi ^^

This is why I love being freelance :3

I'm thinking of getting my ear/ears repierced (just lobe piercings, cartilage ones where a pain in the ***) been trying to grow my hair out but everyone is so against it for some reason :|

I'd love to try dreads but everything I've read seems like it's a got a good bit of maintenance involved to keep them looking good, my cousin had some ghetto dreads that looked nasty as hell.

Eh it's a bit to maintain but I didn't use beeswax so I can wash my hair regularly just can't use leave in shampoos/conditions I basically use the Axe deep clean shampoo. And have to go thru and reband them every other week give or take. And yeah when you stop taking care of them its into a rat's nest.

Iirc bro in law said the two girls they kept from their graphic design department has hair of equal length they just have to tie it back which works in most cases but idk I reffed soccer I tied them back everyone was happy >.>

Depends on what kinda place you're going to be working for really... even if you don't deal with customers there is usally a standard dress code...
You'll probably end up walking around when a customer or business partner is around as well so you'll be seen by outsiders at some point...

Idk what the US code is like but alot of people will say things are on the health code when they arn't. Hairnets are a good example since there is nothing to say they are required, just that your hair is confined in some manner: ie hat + hair elastic. Nothing about facepaint that I know of or carnavals would have issues.

Not to say it wouldn't be a bad idea since opening the oven would probably melt it.
