Queen Seha! I have a report from my Sea Patrols. They have just sank a ship carrying Dragon Slayer Knights trying to enter your Sovereignty to poach some Dragons. Our patrols quickly sank them and are investigating to where they came from to arrest the ring of poachers to bring it to an end.

Ma'am, that is pure slander. Of course the resistance would lead you to believe it was Subligaria when it is convenient to them. Initial reports say they are based from resistance held territory, which technically is still Subligaria, but disputed since they have tried to claim independence. So yes they are right, but our forces can no longer rule over those lands with an Iron Subligar due to their interference with public order.
