The fact that they can't try to at least solve a problem (hell even if I got a downgraded smartphone... I'd take that... as long as it still looked nice, and worked good...) but nope, they seem to think it's allrght to just ship out the same piece of ***over and over again even though they keep getting the same issues over and over again, AT&T used to be good but now it seems they don't give a flying *** about their customers.
What do you expect? You want them to eat money because Motorola made a crappy product? It's not AT&T's fault that the phone sucks, it's Motorola's. You're essentially getting angry at the middle man. Not to mention, I'm assuming they're not charging you for shipping. In which case, they are actually losing money for this (unless Motorola is actually paying for it, doubtful). Calm down :/



Should be AT&Ts responsibility though to make sure their customer base is satisfied though shouldn't it? if they realize that a phone is getting multiple complaints about the same problem from many different customers, they should be liable to do something about it... or at least Motorola should, I'll be contacting them next via chat once my soup is ready :p
