I only played 2 of them but that was enough for me to decide the slimes were awesome... I think I remember there being a giant one in 8 you could capture but it's been a long time so can't remember.

Ah no ... I'm taking my old PC to the shop on monday or tuesday for him to transplant my existing GPU and HDD into the new PC, he's wiping the HDD(s) and putting new OS in it (included in the price lol)

DQ9 for the DS was such a fun game. But DQ8 for PS2, was so dope. Yes you're right about the giant slime, and who doesn't like an RPG that is animated by the same team that does DBZ? :P DQ8 got a bit far-fetched at points, but the story was so awesome, and doing everything to get the second ending is fun (despite the ending not changing too too much).

in DQ8 you can go "super saiyin" as well lol. You get this ability called boost, and if you boost to +100 power, you hulk out.

For shame Ina :P. I loved that like every character had a UK accent lol. Or in the case of the northlands, like a stereotypical Russian accent hehe. Prince "Charmless" as they called him, was an annoying part of the game, honestly lol. The dumbest, if you will, imho.
