LOL the spell check reminds me of the saying "the victors write the history books" =D

I wish we could rewrite English language to get rid of the insane amount of exceptions to the rules and make words spelled the way they sound...more like Spanish.

I did my first day of 30-Day Shred yesterday. While I was doing it I was all "this isn't so bad!" except the biceps work, the biceps work kicked me right in the bum. Then I woke up this morning, and I hurt all over! Calves, arms, even armpits. It's a good pain. :D I love it. Can't wait to do it again!

blah :| my stomachs been feeling like ***all yesterday and now today it's doing the same thing ;;

I can still eat but it just feels gross (although might just be my imagination lol... I did dring some really extra dark coffee this morning... never tried it ... so may be that :|)

I was in a similar situation a few days ago Catnip. I would get a meal, go to eat, then I just pick at it and not eat hardly any of it.

well it's weird since ... like I can eat ... hell I ate 2 donuts earlier just fine, and yesterday I had some chinese, and a slice of pizza and I forgot what for breakfast just fine.


The only other thing that it COULD be was that I was drinking some OJ before I noticed this ... so it could be my derpy *** stomach not liking it (I've got GERD as far as I know, no gallbladder, and my stomach hates me :|)

It's either the juice or coffee at this point, it'll go away (it already is actually) just annoying as piss to have to go through that feeling of "bleh".


Might help if I took my stomach pill that the dr gave me too :| I keep forgetting rofl.
