The immediate thought that comes to mind with that name is odds. I find it to be a reflection of one's perverse mindset to think otherwise, but that's just me.

^.^; Can't blame people for not understanding the technology.
Had to deal with it as well back when my Dad was still here. He'd move his taskbar up by accident and could never figure out how to put it back down so he'd have it halfway up his monitor until he finally worked up the nerve to ask me to fix it. Then I'd tell him what I did and he'd come back in a week or 2 with the same issue.

I really don't see the problem, if they need help offer them the help :| Unless of course they are like doing something stupid like deleting your hard drive or installing weird *** ***.
My grandfather doesn't know computers much more then surfing the web and playing on pogo, if he needs help I don't mind really.
