As much as I want to be excited about any subsequent release of one of my favorite video games of all time; the MMO market is simply over saturated and does not befit every game thereafter. I don't see this working out very well, even with Earthbound's own niche of fans.
I'd be much more satisfied with a simple re-release for Nintendo's virtual console and 3DS. Even better, a Mother 1-3 multi pack would be even better, as to give North Americans a chance to experience what they otherwise were unable to (without piracy) and continue supporting Itoi's awesome creations.

Chapter 11.
Archyllte Steppe (or however the hell you spell it)
Theres a spot leading down to the cavern zone that has Atomos in it where a Behemoth and an Ugallu monster are fighting. Pre-Emptive strike them, easy kill, fast CP. Run away a bit and back down to respawn them, repeat, profit. Fast easy CP.
Chapter 13: Titan's Trials
Just run everything repeatedly. Make sure you have done the Mission that rewards the Growth Egg (2x CP after battles) for max benefits.

Archyllte Steppe - Rainy Weather
Go to the Marshlands and fight Microchus, which also drop Lv5 Bilogical materials. Fast CP and great money if you sell the Sunpetals. Rolling in CP Fragment Skill is a must.
Behemoth/Big dog monster thingy that are fighting one another just down from the chocobo and save point in the top left corner of the big area, I forget the names lol so here's a video! 13200 per fight with growth egg, fight can be done in 7 seconds and you just have to run to the save point and then they have respawned. Can reach 999,999CP cap in under an hour easily.

That's exactly what I'm doing. To be fair though, I bad mouthed it when people compared it to 6 and 7 and claimed it was better. I gotta say though, so far, it's by no means far behind :O

That'd be helpful, so I can go ahead and get them lined up. ^^
I do my Gil and CP grinding at the same time in XIII. CP is slower, but 6k+ Gil each fight it awesome. And you'll cap out your characters well before making enough Gil to give everyone a maxed out weapon.
