I thoroughly enjoyed 13 and 13-2, but thats probably because when I play RPG's I do EVERYTHING. I love games with a lot of content, a lot of grinding, a lot to collect, and a lot to experience. The world of XIII provides just that.

Theres a spot leading down to the cavern zone that has Atomos in it where a Behemoth and an Ugallu monster are fighting. Pre-Emptive strike them, easy kill, fast CP. Run away a bit and back down to respawn them, repeat, profit. Fast easy CP.
Chapter 13: Titan's Trials
Just run everything repeatedly. Make sure you have done the Mission that rewards the Growth Egg (2x CP after battles) for max benefits.

Go to the Marshlands and fight Microchus, which also drop Lv5 Bilogical materials. Fast CP and great money if you sell the Sunpetals. Rolling in CP Fragment Skill is a must.
