if you can at least help me get like THM to 30 and uh ... what was the sub for BLM? to 15 I may stay on that for a bit and redo all the quests (not like many of them were hard xD)

aye, open up menu, social list, add friend.

Go into Social Lists > Friend List > Add Friend, then just put their name in. It is onesided, so when you add someone there is no notification to them.
