I just didnt have a paper fixation after the age of 12.

Well, yes and no, reading a book you are building a picture based on your own interpretation of the words on the page, in an rpg you are still interpreting the thoughts and feelings of the characters and putting yourself in their shoes. That for me is the reason I hate voice acting, it destroyed that which made it a much more personal experience.

Well, yes and no, reading a book you are building a picture based on your own interpretation of the words on the page, in an rpg you are still interpreting the thoughts and feelings of the characters and putting yourself in their shoes. No way man! Fiction allows you to escape into a world of imagination and creativity where anything is possible. History is boring! :( Well it's interesting learning something new but it gets boring after that :(
