I only have one space left in my mobile suit hangar, and I'm not spending any more astros on hangar space yet because I'm saving up to buy a Nu Gundam .I need a Leo to finish my Tallgeese III ,or an Astray Red Frame to finish my Destiny Gundam .Which should I finish first? :< Odin.Tsuneo said: » What kind of advice are you looking for? Well, the basics to fat loss is calorie deficits. It doesn't matter how you make a deficit, but it's advisable to control your intake because it's a lot easier to make a deficit by reducing intake than it is by doing cardio.
Destiny Gundam looks pretty legit.

Yup, I have been changing my diet over the last two months, getting used to smaller portions, eating healthier foods etc. Have lost almost 10 lbs from doing that so far, figured I am at a point now where I won't just be working off the things I eat each day and have more time to work out as well so wanting to get that going again.
I guess most people don't care about being fit.

its only a epidemic cause doctors are HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE and say if you are 10+ lbs over, then u are obese. thats why skinny ppl think they are fat.

According to technical terms, they're one and the same, Chuuuuu. Apparently if you're overweight, you're considered officially "obese".

You can do this a couple ways. a pure cut with cardio and low calorie diet, or balanced weightlifting/cardio. You will not gain a lot of muscle mass on a calorie deficient diet. You will gain strength, but not as much mass as if you were eating above your normal calorie intake. Muscle growth requires a lot of food intake, mostly protein and carbs. In order to find your daily calories burned use. http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm Calorie counting is a must. You have to keep track of everything. Aim for 400 to 500 under your daily minimum. Doing that alone you'll lose a 1 pound a week. I'd recommend doing a weight training / cardio setup. Day 1: Shoulders and Arms Day 2: Whatever cardio you prefer be it swimming, running, stairclims. Day3: Legs/Thighs Day 4: Cardio (go light on the day after a leg routine until you get used to it) Day 5: Chest / Back Day 6: If you can manage it, cardio, if not then rest day. Day 7: Rest. Repeat that the next week for a month. Then mix up the days you do your routine. If you want to know anything specific shoot me a PM. I don't think working out will really help loose skin unless you mean you're going to bulk up to make use of that extra skin. I've lost 70 lbs, and I have no loose skin, and I haven't bulked up, but I'm also only 22.
