It's not like the peircing is going to fall out and phase through his arm into his vein... although that would be kinda cool in a terrible kinda way.

The main issues with peircings are them falling out and getting where they shouldn't be and that some feel they don't look professional. They don't pulse waves of bacteria or anything XD
