Truth be told, I was taking a break from FFXI on the day the *** thread got revived. Been back hard at work on Empyreans again. Distracts me quite a bit from the forums~

I gave up on the end fight.. I could get past the first phase, but I always managed to *** ***up on the next phase.. Just the first phase alone takes forever to get through.. I got tired of having to go back through that.

That CP Egg is a godsend. Maxing out the crystarium would be HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE without it.

I'm not really that huge into RPGs, especially not Final Fantasy.. I'm not so great at it.. I only started playing FFXI (the first FF I ever even played) because a friend kept begging me to play..

I've always been an FPS person, that's where my gaming skill lies.. I'm always being accused of being a hacker in them.

Yes the fight was that hard for me, I tried and failed that fight at least 30 times, it wasn't even my game I was borrowing it from a friend because it seemed interesting, but he wanted it back at some point, I just gave up and gave it back to him.

There was a particular monster right near the end by a save point that you could fight that gave you insane XP. You could max out your Crysarium and then go fight the end boss. Then it's just, paradigms buff, stagger, damage, heal. Rinse and repeat.
