Player warnings can be valuable if used as intended, usually they were not.
I was told they were removed because of what they degrade into.. Politics/religion basically end up the same exact way..
You're right, but I don't think they can tell us we can't talk about a certain subject, while warnings often were started just to bash a player.
My point isn't that everything can degrade, my point is those were removed because they consistently and constantly degrade into that.. They were inflammatory and a constant source of drama.. Same exact thing can be said for politics and religion.

Anyways, just a curiosity.. Just wondering why one thing is removed due to said reason, but another is not. Not like I actually care, if I have something to chime in with in the religion/political threads, I do, otherwise I just remain silent.
There's only one thing that pushes my buttons on this forum and that I just want abolished.. I stopped expressing myself about it after someone (don't remember who) told me that they liked the insight I offered on subjects but that I was basically just being HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE over that thing.. Now I just ignore it as well.
I think the player warnings moreso got the ban hammer, because they START drama, from the OP. There is never a "good" player warning (or was I should say). They are always about something bad/drama from the OP. Religion/Politics, atleast start off with a topic of debate. It just goes from there to whereever people decide to take it. But the player warnings start off in s***storm land from the word go.

Well, I imagine that if we had had a real wedding where we had family present and what not instead of getting married in Vegas with only 2 other people there we probably would have been quite serious but I'm fairly certain that would've been in our vows anyway, we're quite practical...and hey if you don't threaten to kill your spouse at LEAST 5 times a day, you're doing something wrong >.>
