I've kept a lot of stuff to myself about this just to avoid questions from people.
The girl I've been talking to through email has a character on Bismarck. To just move there without her knowing would make me feel like it'd look like I was invading her privacy. On the other hand, if things continue to go well, for all I know she'd eventually ask me to, anyway.

It's pretty awesome.. I got a fb request from a girl I used to play with as a kid recently. Pretty awesome nostalgia moment when I got the invite. Before anybody gets weird ideas, she is the daughter of my late mother's best friend, so when they hung out when I was young, her and I would :p

I wish I shared your optimism. I too loved that novel, however, I don't exactly have much faith in Hollywood anymore. Especially not when it comes to creatively, originally, and accurately capturing the essence, atmosphere, and general concept of well written books or any other work for that matter.
I hope Michael Bay is making it

Hrmmmmmm.... new PSU got in, put it in and got the same issue as the first time... so I started fiddling around (like last time...) and found out I think I may have actually had a working PSU the first time, the 4 pin connector for my motherboard was not wanting to go in the right way and this time (for some reason) it worked :3

did you ever do a ram test (not the bios one) but with a utility?
or a hdd test?
or a video test?
I mean the extensive ones could take time, but I'd say it's your next step. (should have been done the first time, but too late now).
if everything tests out well, then I'd say it is software related. Which shouldn't require a windows fresh install.
I wouldn't have the first clue what utilites to use for a HDD and RAM test, Video test either (unless 3dMark11 counts?) I just ran that through everything and it ran fine :(

My laptop overheats all the time too. Can't play for more than 2 hours max a day. But I can leave it on all day not doing anything.
I'd believe it was overheating if it wasn't crashing within .5 seconds of starting up a game.

I do notice that sporadically if I start skyrim (I've actually only seen it happen when I did skyrim) my GPU fan will start blasting air like crazy (the fan goes super sonic lol)
