Hey guys I need help, I dunno what to do...Felos is at work all day.

I want to give him something special for Father's day, this marks his 10th Father's day and I want him to be happy with it...however, we're completely broke so I can't go out and buy him anything (not that I would even know what to buy even if I could)...

Now, it's true that the house has been suffering a bit under my care lately (I blame these forums) and the laundry is piling up (again the forums)...

anyway, would it be HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE to think that me and the kids super cleaning the house would be a good Father's Day type of thing?

The kids have decided we're making him spaghetti and meatballs for dinner (he loves meatballs) so I've got that covered but I just don't know what else to do...

(and beforte anyone suggests it, sex isn't really an option for the next few days)

I'm sure cleaning the house isn't enough...getting a bit panicky cause he'll be off of work in a couple of hours, eek!

I got my pop a card today. Was going to get him beer, but I was quickly reminded by this random girl person that it's state law that alcohol cannot be sold in Georgia on Sunday. Profound sadness.

You could write him a lovely poem, expressing your adoration and love for him. Then give him a massage ftw.

Could give him a neck rub/back rub, put on some music and have a slow dance, watch a tender movie/movie he likes, take a hot bath together and enjoy each other's warmth, do the super cleaning thing, go for a walk together, or some other thing that I can't think to suggest atm.

Oh good, I know clean stuff makes him happy and all that I'm just wondering if he'll feel a bit jipped...I mean it IS my job to keep everything spic and span and all on a regular basis...I hope he doesn't think that I let it build up just so I could clean it today and make it look like a present....maybe I'm putting too much negative thought into all of this...

oh...well apparently I have quite a bit more time...he's going to a friend's house directly after work...

do you think I should wait to make dinner? I mean the kids can have a sandwich or something to hold them over if they want...I just think it would kind of suck if I made dinner special for him and he ended up having to nuke it, microwaves ruin everything :(
