Depending on the size of the wrench you can hollow out a pen and put that over the part of the wrench you'd normally grab onto, that should make it easier on your hands.
If you're going to have to use it a lot, the easiest way would probably be to cut off the short part, and put the long part in an electric drill/screw driver and use that.

I'm pulling this back from a bit but after the one scene towards the end of season one I'm pritty sure it is just an elaborate yet crappy porn in disguise. Havn't seen season 2 yet though so maybe that changes.

When I made that comment however, I was more trying to say that pornos are essentially works of fantasy and thus one and the same. It's a small stretch depending on how you wanna define fantasy but I thought it was interesting when I thought about it. I was also tired, sooo yea. :x
