If the hot sauce starts red, and now brown is it safe to eat?
I know if its green that means I should throw it out and if its yellow but has sucked the container into itself I should use gloves when removing it.

usually when it turns brown that just means it's getting a bit old and is starting to separate out...but i'd say it should still be safe to eat.
Hot sauce very rarely goes bad.. Even 3-4 year old, but opened sauces not kept in the fridge will still be good, the color and flavor just may change. Most hot sauces are packed with vinegar, which does a great job of preservation.

i think that should really only apply to the hotter sauces since they only really change colors when they reduce and start breaking back down and separating.

It was pretty awesome, left a little tub of hot sauce in my desk for like a year or more. when I moved desks I found it, it was shrunk into itself and was totally multi-colored. Of course I had to show it to everyone, then put it in a plastic bag.
Side note, grape juice one of those little cans. Left about 1/5 of it on my desk for 2 weeks while I was on vacation. Came back and mold had grown up out of the opening and started down the side of the can. You could see the fuzzyness, used a plastic bag and caution on that one...

Between my two adult spider plants, I have 9 new vines sprouting to grow new babies. :D And my geranium has at least 14 new buds, not sprouting yet but just starting to peek out. Yays! :D :D Maybe Spring is coming after all! ... Although we have all snowstorms predicted for this week. ;; Poor Jazz Fest kiddies, this week is the International Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival at my campus, poor little kids visiting are going to have to slush through all the mush just to play their instruments. But still! 9 new spider babies and 14 new geranium blossoms, hecks yeah! /grin
Today was my last drug/alcohol group, and in 2 days I'm off probation.
As you can imagine, I'm extremely happy. It really sucks knowing even the slightest screw up can land you in jail for your full term (for those who don't know, if you have a 1 year sentence, and do 6 months, but screw up on your 7 month, you don't go to jail for 5 months, you go to jail for a year) if you happen to screw up on the day your P.O. is having a bad day.

I've been watching the same auction for the past half hour and the same two users are bidding back and forth on a camera that retails at $280. Sure, the bid increments are $0.01, but you spend a bid point. Bid points cost $1.
This ironcrow63 guy had to have spent $100 or more easily on bid points so far and he's not guaranteed to win. What do these people think when they sign up for such obvious scams?

Ours has been shitty for a bit longer than 6 months, they keep sending idiots out replacing the modems.. Now I know they're cheap pieces of ***and refurbished cheap pieces of ***at that, but what's the chances of getting like 5 dud modems in a row?
I think they just keep blaming it on modems because they don't want to admit there's a problem somewhere in the lines that needs to be addressed.. Which I imagine would cost them a considerable chunk of change to replace.
