(on my third one) I haven't looked yet to see if logitech has a bluetooth one. the single AA in it is supposed to last a year now, it's probably not responsive enough for gaming but for a everyday mouse it works well imo. currently I'm on the M310, but I've seen newer/better models. You could always use a wireless for every day use and a wired for games. Most things are usb now you could effectively run a powered hub to the back of the pc, mount it on the desk and plug everything in it, to make it easier to move the tower. I had a wireless mouse, it's the reason with income tax I got a (wired) gaming mouse.
I refuse to use anything wireless on a computer.
I used to have a wireless keyboard and mouse but after having it die on me in the middle of some important ... well... anything lol... I decided to chuck the piece of ***and invest in a decent gaming mouse and keyboard. Valefor.Slipispsycho said: » What kind of music do you consider it? And what kind do you normally prefer? I like wireless as I usually can go sit in the bed with it, and with larger screens getting cheaper I can be super lazy. I use a laptop for now though (needed something portable, while in school) but I'll probably replace it when I can afford to, as it probably won't last another 2 years, stupid thing runs very hot and I've even replaced the thermal paste, the only other option I'd have at this point is attempting to have somebody who can metalwork make me a case for the bottom half of the laptop that has extra fans in it, sure it would be a little thicker but hell. (could also make it so it holds both batteries and just has a switch, that'd be awesome, guess I could build a circuit to make it autoswitch before it goes to the motherboard's jack, it certainly is possible. Leviathan.Catnipthief said: » Logitech G15 (I want to upgrade though to something better though lol) now to get up and get ready and go buy groceries like I was planning to after work today before my body decided to take a nap, or be lazy and play video games.
hmm food or games. ugh I guess food, I'll be semi-responsible tonight. trying to figure this song out that I recorded that these people were dancing to but I can't figure it out lol, I want to overlay it so I don't have to worry about listening to this guy on the mic overpower it :| I'll see if I can get a snippet of it up somewhere maybe someone can help me lol.

My current stuff is like Hollywood Undead, Tech N9ne, Flaw, Hourcast, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Korn, Slipknot, Stone Sour etc. You'd have to listen to their older music to get anything close to harder rock. They mellowed out a lot over the years. Even this one from '03 might not be hard enough for your liking: Sadly, my favorite song from their album in '02 doesn't even seem to be posted anywhere. But it was awesome, with a full-on metal style guitar solo in the middle. The Red Death was the song title, if you're curious to look. (YouTube only has really sucky quality live-recorded versions that you can't hear at all.) EDIT: Nothing wrong with your choices either. I'm not into some of them, but Breaking Benjamin, Stone Sour, Slipknot, and even some Hollywood Undead is okay in my book. EDIT again because yay, I found it after all! Click for Edgar Allan Poe awesomeness. at least the guy on the phone was nice enough to give me a credit for the week that we were having problems lol. I'm a horrible person. D: Just realized. My husband and I were leaving the grocery store, walking out to our car. I was pushing the cart and just chattering, and I saw a truck and an SUV-ish looking thing backing up at the same time out of two spaces pretty much opposite each other, about 3-4 spaces ahead of where we were walking. They didn't have enough room to both get out, so I just casually told my husband "Well, that isn't going to end well." He was looking at me instead of at them, so when I said that he looked up, realized we were about to witness an accident, and ran up yelling "No!" and waving his arms to try to stop it. They hit each other anyways, but he tried.
When you are about to witness an accident, for goodness sake do something. Yell, try to stop it, try something. Don't just stand there and watch like a moron and tell your partner that you predict a messy ending. /facepalm /shame i made some guac and my mom made some mango salsa mmmmmm :3
In other news, today is pretty cool! ^^ Rain and snow this morning but sunny this afternoon, was gone for a couple days and just got back yesterday evening and it feels good to be home, and sushi for dinner. Awesome plus awesome with a bit of awesome drizzled on top!

The loud thud and splattering of the fruit would make that person instantly stop and be all WTF!? stopping the accident. Odin.Liela said: » I'm a horrible person. D: Just realized. Don't just stand there and watch like a moron and tell your partner that you predict a messy ending. /facepalm /shame While trying to warn them is certainly the nice thing to do, you shouldn't feel that bad about it, either. Not everyone is programmed to react to things like that the same way. It's not like you witnessed a child standing behind one of them about to get run over. You saw two (or more) adults in vehicles who were both not paying enough attention to their mirrors/blind spots/etc. to avoid an easily avoidable situation. Besides, you DID do something. You told your husband. It was your husband's reaction to try to stop it. If you hadn't said anything to him, nothing would have been done at all. (Yeah, yeah, call it rationalization if you want.) |
