Do people sell film for SLR cameras anymore? Or would you have to like special mailorder stuff like that? I wanna get myself an old school Pentax K1000. I missed developing my own shots back in the day.

I get all excited cuz I hear my phone beep while getting ready for bed. Ends up being my mom calling me from her bed telling me to put stuff in my dads lunch lol the disappointment.

Speaking of too good to be true. I'm curious about those stupid advertised sites like Quibids that auction ***off for super cheap.

I finally got a large majority of those blocked. Only took adding my number to the "national do not call registry" 10 times or so.

The chances of actually getting the deals they advertise are slim to none, as well as you buy your bids I think. Like you pay this much to get 20 bids or so and you choose when to use those. I think anyway.
The only person that calls or texts me anymore is my boss asking me to come into work early/on my days off

That sounds pretty stupid. Unless you're very fast/predatory with your timed bids, sounds like most would go to waste or get beaten by others D:

It is, you have to get lucky or be extremely good at sniping (which depends on luck a lot of times). How do you think they afford to sell the stuff the way they do, people spend enough money buying their bids or overshooting, etc. I've never done it myself, I'm just going on speculation.
Edit~ Though I wouldn't mind being one of those lucky guys that gets a brand new car for $2000 or so like they advertise. lol
Yeah, sniping doesn't seem to work in a typical auction fashion as placing a bid even at the last second extends the deadline a little bit. And any bidder worth their salt would be there at the last second, so it just goes on and on and on until your competition runs out of bids. Which likely won't happen in most cases lol.

Yep, though I'm not much of one to try my hand at chance. I've never gambled or bought a single lotto ticket even. Though I do want to go to Vegas at least once in my life, play a few slots, and just *** around partying the rest of the time.

Lol, these guys sucked. No injuries, no damage to my bike, didn't even fall off or have to stop riding. Better luck next time, buddy.
Basically they were coming out to turn and felt he had the right away and by the time I realized they weren't stopping, was too late to break, so I sped up instead and he ended up clipping the edge of my back tire. Made me slide a bit, but caught my balance and proceeded about my business.
