Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

There are benefits, don't get me wrong, but college will be the best time of your life! I think I talk to my friends from college more than I do those from HS.

Depends what kind of person you are, personally I couldn't wait to finish college and chase after my ambitions, carve my own path w/e analogy you want to use. Going back for a year was a struggle because I was used to working jobs and leading a very spartan lifestyle of hard work an dedication. I found it difficult to relax back into the laid back college way of life, the parties, the drinking, the socialising, it is like living in a bubble and not having any restrictions or discipline around you.

So don't be too worried, you will most likely thrive once you finish the old book bashing.

If you have the money, be a career student! LOL!

I'm planning my own personal mini spring break for next week, should happen tuesday-thursday!

I'm very glad to be out of college. I was never too sociable, so it's not like I miss parties or group events or whatever. It felt like going to work and paying money for it instead of getting paid for it, honestly. I don't think it was smart of me to ever go to college, it's just not for everyone. Not that I had trouble with it, the classes were along the same difficulty as any high school class and my grades were good, it's just that I don't think anything that I want to do for the rest of my life requires college to do it.

My favorite job ever that I've had was honestly working in the back at a department store taking merchandise out boxes and tagging them with the price gun. I like jobs where my hands can be busy but my mind can be free to think about other things. College more-like prepares you for jobs where your hands are bored but your mind is busy-- complete opposite of what I like/need.

I'm just planning on heading down to A.C. for 2 nights for some old school D&G!

If I win enough, maybe I'll hit up Wildwood this summer, would be nice haven't been there in ages. (Seaside = scum hole)

I agree with this, while I enjoy the partying to an extent I realize it's not me, though the trip did teach me I enjoy a good glass of wine in the morning and evening. :x

I'm trying to find Izaya's jacket for sale somewhere. Not like an actual cosplay jacket, more like just a jacket that looks almost exactly like it. The cosplay ones look like they would be super thin and uncomfortable. Not to mention all the cosplay ones don't have just the jacket, they all come with the full outfit.

On my summer vacation I always enjoyed a nice big glass of ice, lemon lime soda, and coconut rum, made the beach more fun ^_^

Just one glass though. If I stuck to like ...5, i'd be in trouble.

Lemon-lime soda and coconut rum together is tasty! Or watermelon pucker. Yumm! But I can't have ice in my drinks. I can never drink it down fast enough before the ice melts, so the bottom is all watery and gross if it has ice. :x

There's a few jackets from Anime characters I would love to own. XP You're right though, they all either come with a full outfit, look uncomfortable, or are sold for way more than what I feel they're worth paying for.
