I keep killing my god damn companion. "omg dying D:" *chainlightning* Lydia launches dead down the side of the mountain from the linking. "omg dragon trying to eat face D:" *Fireball* Lydia asplodes into flame.
yeah i stopped getting companions cuz they would die before they would do anything lol i at least use the horse to get around lol

I don't know anything about the other companions but I just gave Lydia some double enchanted legendary dragon armour (heavy style) that mostly consisted of magic damage reduction and increased health enchantments (hands had one hand damage enchant and bow damage enchant).

This coupled with the level correction (she can become bugged on pc and her level become fixed to the level you were when you first hired her, thus causing her natural armour and health, etc. to suck.) fix makes her pretty damn deadly and can take dragon breaths (deadly dragons, 4x difficulty enhancement for master mods) like it's nothing.

they get attacked by something off screen and when i notice and go to help they are dead lol thats how my horse just died >_> one of those ice monsters attacked it and i didnt know lol

Give them some armour, instead of just letting them parade around in that shitty stuff they start with. At least of dwarven quality. :P

I only ever played Universe when I worked at Movie Gallery and got free rentals. I actually ran out of quests and stuff to do on my main character in skyrim. Finally finished every quest possible (can't do all due to path restrictions, etc.). Guess I should start a new character and join the stormcloaks this time as well as kill the dark brotherhood.

I never joined a faction as I there really wasn't a clear "bad side" and my persona doesn't allow me to take sides unless its for justice! lol

I always play on normal first to get a hang of the controls and gameplay! haven't ever played MSG 4 though.
