Ugh gimme a break with all these categories of how to cook a steak. Honestly it's just a load of rubbish to make a slab of meat sound eloquent. It's either rare or cooked through. None of this rare rare, light rare, medium rare, light medium rare, lightly done BLAH BLAH BLAH @_@

There is a big difference between rare and medium rare. Anything more than that is just overcooked. ;)
