Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?

(damn me and trying to get Parasol...) Q.Q I want to go out for drinks, but all my friends (that I'd want to go with) are working.
Yikes. My PS2 is semi-broken and randomly loses the ability to read discs. And currently only a PS2 can reliably play PS2 games (go figure). Until Sony admits taking away backwards compatibility was a bad idea and makes amends for it somehow, I'll need a functioning PS2 ._.
oooooo me gusta. big pokemon announcement soon

Ragnarok.Hevans said: » gogo pokemon for 3ds? That's what I'm hoping. Rumble is fun and all, but it's kind of silly and lacks the RPG elements and a sense of progression I crave. i didn't like the resident evil. i kinda wanna get metal gear solid for 3ds.

But a used ps2 is pretty cheap now... (Sony never admits to bad ideas...) Ragnarok.Hevans said: » i didn't like the resident evil. i kinda wanna get metal gear solid for 3ds. As advanced as handhelds are getting, some feel most at home with the power and "feel" of at home consoles. Not so much for graphical or longevity purposes but simply because they don't feel quite right in a portable sense. There are games worth taking with you, others that need you sitting down and focused to get the most of it. Generally I play games on mobiles because they take up the periods of downtime for when you're already out doing stuff ya know? Asura.Chuuuuu said: » if its pokemon for 3ds im going to get a 3ds today lol I haven't enjoyed Pokemon since rbygsc... never even learned all the extra 100. But a used ps2 is pretty cheap now... (Sony never admits to bad ideas...) Yeah I was considering emulation, but I'll need a much better PC to play it on a satisfactory level. But to abandon even so much as technical and retail support for a system that has held them up for so many years and has a ridiculous amount of titles that retain a good degree of replay value is stupid. Luckily some games are getting the PS3 remake attention they deserve. FFX, GoW and Shadow of the Colossus were a nice start, but even great games made from smaller developers or those with no intention of remastering leave me dusting off my PS2 still :/ Asura.Chuuuuu said: » I only acknowledge 251 because I like a few of the ones past 151, the rest don't exist in my world. Original or gtfo.
I have this memorized still. /raps it was mission based. i wanted something like RE1 where you get set free in a huge place and you have to solve puzzles to advance.
