I think most of clouds issue is the feeling of letting Tifa down.
Made all these big shot promises but couldn't protect her.

lol that would be so gay if he didn't start talking about cloud trying to hook up with his daughter then shooting his gun arm all over the place. i was never able to get that date to trigger though. i got yuffie, aeris, and tiffa. i think you have to go the entire game without talking to aeris or tifa unless it's required.
