I don't care to take the time...but I'll garuntee you it's more than the number of people outside the USA/Canada/England/Australia that understand Imperial(Which Imma need you to gather for me if were being smart ***). Honestly most Americans can't tell you every aspect of the imperial system. Yet even in situations like medicine...guess what's used? Metric The US does need to convert it's simple. Bringing about how everyone talks has to learn English makes no sense when you say Americans don't need to convert. Honestly in any field where measurements cross borders the US has already switched and that starts in schools.
I wouldn't make a garuntee you can't keep... America doesn't need to and most likely won't ever completely switch to metric... Nikolce brings up a great point on why it will most likely never happen... People don't really want it to change in everyday life... It would cause far too many problems in America to change and like Nik said be far too costly...

As for the languages I bring it up because you both speak about what most of the world does and use that logic to try and convince me that the metric system is better... So I use the same line of logic and come to the conclusion that everyone should speak english as english is the most known lauguage globally...

In any case it's your job, as the person who wants change, to convince those who don't to come to their side... I may have missed something but your only arguments were that the metric system is better and everything comes in tens...

You've left out problems that the change could bring... I haven't made a real strong argument for the current system but you certainly haven't made a strong case for the metric system either...
