Yes.


It's situational on your body type. The larger your frame, more you weigh, muscle mass, ect.. the more water your body requires. If you are doing heavy weightlifting, running, construction, or other rigorous activity then you burn through water incredibly fast. I myself drink around 300 ounces a day in the summer.

It's estimated that 70% of america is chronically dehydrated. If you feel thirsty then drink. if you know you're getting dehydrated then drink. don't go by set amounts.

Working at home is incredibly difficult. Between lurking/posting/moderating FFXIAH, lurking FB, talking to Sav on Skype, and playing Skyrim, I just have too many distractions. Fortunately this will be my last weekend of working from home.
