I didn't mind the cap TBH.
Gives you more important things to focus on than grinding.
Like the expansions were all 20 based and you could start a character in an expansion and cap in a day or two.

This looks like Rome and Florence combined!
There's like 10 types of architecture in there, all of which are European o.O

I'm focusing the "basilica" looking building. It reminds me of Il Duomo in Florence and the Pantheon in Rome. I did a thesis on both for my ARCH History minor. (Also the reason why I need to finish AC II! :/) I like the baroque style one at the bottom. I got into the wrong industry.

be a video game level designer

Just curious, but what would this entail as far as education? A second bachelors? Or would someone be able to get away with taking classes in like 3-D modeling and stuff? (Pulling up UT's CS curriculum as we speak.) Just wondering...

I'm not entirely sure, maybe some programming experience but I'm pretty sure the people who design levels and stuff are artist/architect-ish people. Its probably something easily googled. You can always called up a game company and inquire or I can bug a few people i know :S

edit: and probably 3-d modeling is a must

yeah Lineage is a really old game, older than Lineage II.... LII is just about as old as FFXI if I remember correctly.... (played it)
tho I heard its waaay better now

Yeh it's not THAT good.
It's a good game from what I've seen in demo but that doesn't say much.
Earns props from me though that they don't charge still.
But it was never as big in the west as it was in the east.
