xD! You can actually get the good ending with a Chaos Frame of around 48. The first time I beat it though... I had a Frame of 21. ,_, And my choices for characters and dialogue options lead me into the bad ending. Though I seriously doubt that anyone could oppose Magnus by the endgame. Heck, if you do the bad ending, and never ever recruit any Zenobians you get to fight Destin. He's disappointly easy. :(

For future reference, a liberation is equivalent to +0.5 to your Chaos Frame. A capture is -2, so if you ever capture 1 town you have to liberate 4 just to make up for it. Also, if an enemy captures any town it counts as if you captured one, and also you will never be able to liberate neutral towns.
