This only happened with american release of the game. They labeled it 3 instead of 6.

It was the 3rd one released over here. Not our fault that Square didn't market 2, 3, or 5 at the time. Were we supposed to hop from 1 to 4 to 6? lol

Seeing the difference between III and its remake, it wouldn't surprise me one damn bit.

Bullocks. Only the CPU fight is "hard." With the new abilities that you can get, it makes the game even easier than the SNES incarnation. The beginning is a little bit harder though, because of how they changed some of the battle mechanics. Oh, and the Crystal Sword sucks hard *** in the DS version.

Perhaps people were just underleveled. FF is only as difficult as your current level; nothing a bit of grinding can't fix. Superbosses are the only exceptions since they generally require you to be max level.

on the subject, some troll said there was a way to get General Leo as a playable chara. there isn't any truth to that is there?

There are always those that stand strong in the previous installments in Halo games. There were some that stayed on Halo 2 until the very end, lol.
