you need....Reciepts of work done, Pictures try to take them with a digital camer for the time stamp, communicate by e-mail and keep records..or always have a second party present when you communicate. If it is a health hazzard (mold or plumbing issue) call the health dept. You can call the Better Business Bureau and report them. Talk to the city, they may have a department that deals with this situation. Long and short is... Documentation... E-mails are golden, even if she never replies because a screenshot is all the proof you need that you tried to communicate. I say this because....I began keeping a journal at one place we rented after I realized, after only having lived there for 2 months, that the Landlords son was entering our home and taking food while he was supposed to be working outside. In this state that is illegal but they said we had to have proof. This realization came about when we came home and our indoor cat was outside and hurt and later came up pregnant. When we left they tried to claim we owed them $3,000 above and beyond the $600 deposit for "damages". Fortunately I had I taken pictures shortly after we moved in and when we moved out I took more pictures and the journal with a witnessed daily inventory of our food/menu. We were able to prove that all but $300 were due to problems that existed before we moved in and in the process of the investigation they got turned in for 9 health code violations. yay for the power of proof

I didnt know the song or who it was by, and so i googled it. I havent heard anything that billy ray's daughter sings.

I remember swearing to high holy heaven that i would never ever listen to a Lady Gaga song. It turns out that Just Dance was in the pilot episode of Dollhouse... so i did hear it (months before i said i wouldnt listen to any of her music). I failed. But if i didnt fail then, i would have anyway because gamestop was playing versions of it on their tv for DJ hero 2.

The fact that in my younger days i saw NKOTB in concert twice is somewhat amusing.

Missed out on the BSB/NSYNCH phase though. Cant say i'm terribly sad.
