also i'm never hosting thanksgiving again til i have a gf or wife who can cook it while i sit around talking. i only got one hour of sleep and i'd rather be napping than cooking atm.

I was carving up the turkey, I'm finally done. Half is to eat on for the next few days, the other half has been wrapped and put in the freezer for later on, after the 'I'm sick of eating turkey' thing wears off..

If it seems too thick, my correction would be to whisk in some milk a little bit at a time until it seems right. If it's got sausage in it, you probably don't have to worry too much with the flavor thinning as well.
