You use it to suck sand shrimp out of the sand during low tide. Kids were playing with it for the most part, but there were a few men using it to suck out the shrimp for bait.

Say you have friends having a party, you feel like staying in. Is it OK for your significant other to go out without you? Especially when last weekend there was something you really wanted to go to but didn't because your significant other wasn't feeling well?
