I was hearing a video reviewing some of Junji Ito stories.

After many, one of them particularly got me disgusted. Not the story but one particular scene.

It was the story about the spiral curse, where e everyone in a small city started to have a spiral themed body horror.

The citizens each were trying to make the most disgusting change through the story.

But my first prize goes to a nerd boy that was bullied by another one.

Due the curse, both kids became snails. And somehow, the other bullies decided to trap both snail kids in a cage.

Then, suddenly, the bullied snail kid started to…. mate with the bully!

As a result, they started to produce eggs that were used in the next scene.

But this was probably the most disgusting thing because i wasnt expecting the first thing someone transformed in a snail would do is getting laid with its oppressor.

As I understand it the difference between fighting and *** in snails is indistinguishable.

He will remain at the company as an executive officer and is still in charge of FFXIV. Just no longer be part of SE's board of directors. He mentioned that he prefers not being on the board and finds making games way more enjoyable. Good for him. It’ll make things simpler for him without those extra responsibilities.

The current cope is that it's just corporate restructuring that means nothing/he wanted to move off the board etc.

The truth is that before now, the board deemed him too crucial to let him leave the board, but they have now.

So yes, he was demoted, but it remains to be seen if that will have any negative or positive impacts on FFXIV and other titles going forward.

Sometimes, people can't be taken seriously.

Coincidentally, 99.9999% of people who get demoted prefer not being on the board.

I wonder who is more honest:

someone who got demoted and then saying he never wanted the promotion to begin with

Or

me, who never had a chance to be promoted, but saying I actually never wanted a promotion

I mentioned this in the gaming sucks thread, they gave him two opposing jobs. One was to make the best game possible for his customers, and the other was to make share holders happy by saving as much money as possible.

It's good to remove him from the one that was damaging his actions in the other imo.
