Whats your definition of snack? If its those bits of food between meals, I would say at least for me, no snack is the only acceptable answer.

At my age, every single one I tried had a bad consequence on my weight, aside being more psychological relief than a actual need.

Nowadays, my prefered "snack" that I consume between meals is (gonna spoiler it because I know Mrs Chatty will jump in my neck if she read it):

Worst news ever at work: they added one extra day working at office per week.

Thats happening under the rule of a government that supposely are supported by the workers.

And the worst is to feel like this is only the beginning before they make it full week at office,
