Capitalist starts at around 8 figures. Then you count.

Owning a bakery that makes ends meet, achieves the definition of capitalist in name only. Not in reality.

Capitalist is enough money to buy influence, should have said Oligarch. More accurate, but we like to pretend there are no English Oligarchs.

I think I'm going to start characterizing other economic schools of thought in the same way that Eiryl tries to characterize capitalism.

I'll say things like: The whole point of socialism is the genocide at the end.

It'll be great.

1) claims to be an Anti-Capitialist.
2) doesn't read marxist theory.
3) has limited understanding on social science and economy.
4) resort to emotional arguments when economic system is discussed, no evidence, no theory, no nothing. Just "please believe".

Man, Anti-Capitialist factions in 2024 needs to work harder.
Karl Marx in heaven will be sad that his followers in 2024 can't even FIGHT!

That's not the definition of "captalist class" in classic marxist theory.

You can use a different term like "upper class" "social hierarchy " or something similar to describe such people.

Captalist class in classic marxist theory has a different definition. It simply means people who owns the means for producing and distributing goods.

Also you can't be a true "anti-captalist" if you have no idea on the whole Marxist theory.

You are probably "anti-society" or "anti social hierarchy". But "anti-capitalist" with zero idea on classic marxist theory? Man, I almost feel sad for Karl Marx.

Yes, it reminds me to go back and read "The Communist Manifesto" by Karl Marx.

It has been on my to-read list for a long time.

Also I said it in another post but I'll said it again:

It's not capitalism that caused social hierarchy.

It's Matthew effect.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_effect

Matthew effects existed in every society in all economy system across all history. It explains why social hierarchy existed much better than simply "capitalism bad".

If you resort to emotional arguments on every social problems, none can be solved.

Occasionally being non-random is the most random, you could argue

Always being random is predictably unrandom.

It's not that bad, I actually like how different this expansion feels
Still, the storytelling is as bad as always. It's so painful to sit through MSQ

Good morning you who are a socialist. Good morning you who are a capitalist.

Also good morning you who arent rich enough to be worth defending capitalism, nor poor enough to be defended by socialist.

I guess for us, there are only two things to do;

- work
- shitpost

Have a great day
