You can use actual cheese chunks for it. Some of the mild cheese like Monterey jack or normal cheddar or even mozzarella will do.
It's because the real deal needs fresh cheese curds which aren't really available most of the time. Unless you make it yourself.

I'll be honest, Jess, I think that way whenever I see anyone I've even heard of pass away, famous or not.
With the amount of times I've seen people wish death upon people, even for simple idiotic reasons such as disagreeing with them on a forum or having a different political view, it's such an extreme.
Having had my own brush with the reaper, it really does change your perspective.
