None of my friends drink beer, either. One of them keeps forgetting that they don't like it and will occasionally order one at a restaurant or whatever, then dump it out after like two sips.

Lately I've been on a sours kick. Ballast Point is a great brewery, my favorite atm:


Sours are pretty dope, hard to call it beer though. Very outside the standard. Since, ya know, they actually have a flavor. More akin to a hard cider.

After all that jazz about Matrix Ressurection ive decided to rewatch the trilogy. Today was the reloaded.

I dont know why people are so critic about that. Its quite enjoyable. Maybe the expectations were just too high for it?

I could appreciate better all that talk between Neo and the Architect. I guess almost 20 years of life makes for a different perception about all that talk.

People just wanted more inside The Matrix. A lot of people had a hard time seeing a movie that started out in essentially an Aboriginal Cave Society when the expected more visual splendor, and couldn't move past it.

I for one still think the car chase from that movie is the best car chase I've ever seen, and second your comment on his time with The Architect. I could have used a lot more of him in general.

it wasn't what people wanted from it at the time, but it holds up on it's own when you take the expectations of the time out. luv me some matrix. wish i had played the mmo, even with all the janky combat and such.

Movies have a bad tendency to overestimate speeds of antagonists in chases so it’s a bit jarring.

This amazing super bike with a top speed double a police cruiser even with trini-key maker and they’re just catching up to it no problem while both drive on the paved shoulder? At least give her a ***moped if that is what your plot wants to do lol

Well, remember the plot doesn't involve realism as we know it. It's a simulation that can be manipulated into supernatural territory. It's the same movie with ghosts, and I'm sure their pursuers can probably just hack the sim, and be like, "Now my car is faster than motorcycle."

I think my little attention-deficient kid mind couldn't follow the second Matrix movie. I didn't see the third until much, much later in life. By that time, I'd already exposed myself to the culture of people nitpicking it apart.

At least it gave us some awesome fan work back in the day.
