I'd rather spend money renovating so I can fire up my server rack/save it for now. edit: I'm not paying $500 for a video card, all I need is a budget one, that is insane. Budget cards are dead. Even AMD has baseline cards at $350 msrp now would disagree Offline

I should have specified in Canada. And within my price range.
First world issue. It’s all good. Makes me want to learn more about mining coin though. God damn, really. If you're sleeping on Titans cause the cartoon was dumb or whatever... The live action gritty show is incredible.
Actually incredible. Ever since the pandemic started, we've been getting our bigger grocery re-stocks brought out to the car. I find it super amusing the myriad of ways they've messed up. This time they gave us 12 bottles of hand soap refill (we ordered 2), which should last us about 3 years.
My favourite was time we put down bananas with a quantity of 6, thinking they'd give us a bunch of 6 bananas. They gave us 6 bunches instead. So the next time we ordered, we ordered 2, thinking they'd give us 2 bunches. But then they gave us only 2 bananas. And it wasn't just 2 bananas, they were the greenest bananas I've ever seen. Even after two weeks they were still green, so we just threw them in the compost. RadialArcana said: » Offline

EDIT: Found it! Phew, today was a tiresome day.
A lot of work. lol. Onlyclams is going to cut some of it's clam based content. I'm sure that'll go well.
As soon as newclams pops up, time to invest. be on the look out for that million dollar new platform. (or start it, lol) Wow, we tried a different pose and I think it came out a ton better. Just need some more detailing on the horns and it looks pretty close to the in-game.
Bump
Thank goodness Panta bumped this thread. Otherwise it would've slipped beyond the main page and gone forgotten forever!

Afghanistan has the worlds largest reserves of Lithium, as well as trillions in other rare minerals. Prices on Lithium products like batteries most likely about to get a lot higher due to shortages if they don't play "nice" and let us have their rare earth minerals.
I can see the Silicon Valley companies being real nice to the Taliban government over the coming years. Assuming we don't find a "humanitarian" reason to "help" the Afghanistan people soon and re-invade or something. https://techhq.com/2021/08/is-afghanistans-us1-trillion-of-mineral-deposits-the-key-to-the-climate-crisis/ Ragnarok.Jessikah said: » Wait a second, that was you this whole time? nono, just posted a link. I had a bit of a random thought while leveling up some more jobs. I bet I would've really liked Geomancer's leveling process a lot more back in the pre-Abyssea era. The slower, more sedentary leveling would be great means to test the waters and grab the Geocolures.
Yet conversely, I have doubts Rune Fencer could have even worked back then. Its early levels are really just a really crappy damage-dealer that lead into a tanking role only towards the later stages. I'm really glad I was able to level Blue Mage back in the day. The slower levels made it a lot easier to keep up with all the spells without leveling past. With Geomancer I get 3 levels every time I try to get a single Geocolure lol Offline

Every company on earth does scummy ***. It's literally impossible to boycott them all. Men in positions of power in literally any and every situation take advantage of women. It's a given. The only times in life I can ever even be mildly surprised is when you tell me someone in power ISN'T abusing it. As far as I'm concerned, they haven't made a good game in 23 years. The popularity of World of Warcrap made my high school life a nightmare. If not for the fact that real people were/are getting hurt, I would feel gratification knowing that the company is run by monsters.

As far as the sexual harassment side of it goes, most of these men are in positions where their money and power alone net them an advantage in connecting with consenting women, and yet the dudes keep getting into scenarios where they get caught trying to take advantage of women who want nothing to do with them. I guess people tend to place higher value on that which they cannot have. It's because you're told from birth that your reach should exceed your grasp.

Authorities need to properly and utterly destroy the companies that are being problems. Make an example of them. Maybe if other companies see how badly they can get f***ed, they'll start making proper efforts.
If the worst-case outcome is one guy becomes the scapegoat but then laid off with millions of dollars in retirement funds, how in the world is that supposed to deter people? |
