Salt is okay as long as you take in enough water to justify the circulation of sodium through your bloodstream.
But it is bad in excessive amounts :(

Pretty good! But speaking of Salt.. sea salt has much less sodium them table salt so its a viable option to use in food. Like today I sliced cucumber, put lime juice and a touch of sea salt and had the perfect snack.

there isnt much of a difference between the 2 lol they have the same amount of sodium chloride in each

That sounds pretty tasty ;3
I'll have to think of more creative, simple, healthy snacks like that.

But for now, it's time for bed. Absolutely exhausted from work.
And I got 3 more full days to do. Will totally be worth it next friday though ^^

Its actually really good, the lime/sea salt combo tastes more like a vinegar or dressing but its not. I suggest try it.
