Sounds like someone's mad that they can't afford a PC. Kind of like the people who can't afford an F150 and say the guy driving it probably has a small *** cuz they have a big truck.
Most PC enthusiasts get enjoyment out of building and tuning the PC and buy it simply because they make enough money to afford it. Like collecting figures, or paying $100+ a month for a two decade old MMO just so they can have multiple characters to erp with in their mog house.

The convenience factor of having a singular unit that can play (almost) anything you want for those who aren't technologically literate and/or inclined. Not everyone can or wants to build / troubleshoot PCs and there is a market for having something that is readily accessible for their gaming needs without that trouble.

I guess by spacing their releases out so much and banking on their fans just owning a Nintendo system. A viable strategy in 1995.
Long as people keep buying their games in the millions and millions regardless of whatever *** happens (Pokemon sword and shield being another recent example, making you buy dlc to unlock more pokemon that used to just be included in he games) they'll keep doing it.

Also, thought people were exaggerating about that "Cuties" but after seeing some youtube vids talking about it with some clips, jesus how was that passed thru to Netflix.

It looks like all of the big ps4 titles will be backwards compatible as long as you own the game and have an active ps plus subscription? Not sure of the exact details quite yet.

I was pretty excited for that as well, but I fully expect that game to be delayed at least once.
I'm amazed anyone is impressed with any of that. $500 to play games at a similar level you played current gen.
Demon souls remake looks nice from an engine point of view but looked pretty terrible in how it was playing, what's with all those one hit kills. Also it's not even being made by Fromsoft.

Final Fantasy trailers always get me hyped up. Looking forward to seeing more about this.
I'm kinda warmed up to XVI a bit. Can't wait to see if it's any good in 3 to 4 years.
Felt very "FFXV meets Witcher III" to me, and I don't mean that in a bad way. The frantic teleporting combat from XV with a relatively dour low tech environment could be great; it's been a while since we had an FF that wasn't packed to the gills with Magitek skateboards and ***.

It didn't excite me at all tbh, I rewatched it a few times and I wasn't feeling it. But thats probably because SE has struggled so much with the main series since X. I loved FF7R, so as long as they keep that series going, making a few minor tweaks as needed, I'm good.

Same here honestly. Wasn't too excited about it and the graphics didn't even look as good as some other games I saw like Spiderman. The whole thing just didn't hit with me.
