PS4, specifically JP PSN, only. For the download at least. You can still play it on any account once it's downloaded; just won't be able to buy currency on anything but JP.
EDIT: Should probably expand on the gacha part; new units start off in the gacha. After a while they'll be removed, then be added to the Recycle Ticket store for a short while (you get these tickets whenever you pull something from the gacha that you already have). Then a while after that they'll be added to the DP (normal currency you get by playing) store permanently. Gundam and Gelgoog (the first featured gacha units) were recently added to the DP store for example. So it's one of the less shitty gacha systems out there.

I tried out a few games and God, Klab's Captain Tsubasa's model is the worst ever. So crap I'm pissed off just talking about it (the global version is milder thanks to ads, still bad compared to others).
my prob with it being on PS4, is, memory space on my console is near the limit :(

nothing wrong with Fletchers.
PR Ships kinda broke the min-oil deployment mentality, since farming for these ships requires a specific team comp, some more oil saving than others.
tho think people do use full MLB Unicorn/Phoenix to farm up to world 8 or 9.
tho myself, I am up to a point where oil is not an issue, since I am usually sitting on a minimum of 5k, my soft cap being 10k + 3k stock in the canteen. sometimes I just buy food for the backyard, just to burn excess oil
dont use full deployment unless I go into world 11 or 12, since those are a nightmare to handle

And although I haven't played it, I hear Fate Grand Order is awful because of low rates and items being mixed in with characters in the gacha.

Fire Emblem Heroes has a shitty gatcha.

it was expensive to roll too, since it took 5 tokes for the initial one, slowly reducing the cost if you kept rolling in that same batch (up to 5 times)
Elements (or colors) where random so you probably wouldn't even get a chance to even try for the unit you want. Aiming for a Spear/Blue unit? too bad, here are Green and Red Units.

Halloween event on GBO2 is live!
In addition to the English language option in-game, it seems they're in the process of setting up and English site too, though it's missing any news posts aside from the new gacha banner.
The base is decorated.
Halloween missions are available, with a variety of rewards including Halloween accessories and a lv1 Desert GM.
Post-match container drop rate increased from 10% to 25% during the event.
The new banner additions are 2* Dra-C and Zaku II F2.
