How long should a bruise underneath a toe nail last? It's been nearly a month since I dropped the narrow end of the handle on a heavy pot on it (still don't get how that happened, it fell straight down, handle pointing to the ground and landed right on my toe) and there's still a bruise under the nail. Kinda wondering if it's going to fall off.. I've lost a toe nail before and I remember it took awhile before it actually ever came off.

Pretty depressed (not to the point of killing myself). Been thinking about death a lot lately. Went to the church today for the first time in forever, but I didn't seem to find the answer I was looking for....

What DID you expect to find there? I always find it strange when people go to the church to 'find an answer'. Exactly what can be found? Inspiration? Guidance perhaps?

If what you are looking for is community, church may be a decent place to get it. But for true help, I would seek out a professional. There's no shame in that.

If you're looking for answers in regards to death, just remember that you were dead billions of years before you were alive and it didn't quite bother you so much then.

Nothing at all. Moved far away from friends and family because of my wife's job as a professor. Can't find a job in this small town.
Been studying for this stupid CPA exam, which I think is making it worse.

As for everything else, I honestly don't really have any good advice other than things will get better. I had some things happen awhile back that landed me in a similar place as you and while I don't think I can ever put it behind me I have moved on and things are good now a days.

I'm kind of mad right now.. I save 500k gil to buy an oniros cappa..and one appears on AH.. go to buy it and it doesnt sell. Every one was selling for awhile until some douche (who originally bought it for 500k) resells it for 1.5mil..
