I get more annoyingly cyclical regardless if you "entertain my folly" or not.

I'm just amazed how anyone can live up there in the snow for 300 days a year.

Especially since I haven't seen snow on the ground since 1985.

Sure, last year we had some "snow" but when grass is poking out of the white stuff, and it's mostly grey, I don't think anyone considers that as snow...

I'd consider living in Canada as long as I could live on one of the lakes and get my sailing in a couple of months a year.

Otherwise I dig the snow and cold.

Then again, where I grew up isn't a whole lot different from Southern Ontario anyhow.

I could have gone to the Cubs game today, but chose not to. Conditions look awful for the fans, cold, rainy, windy blowing in. I did that last year and those memories are seared into my mind, I don't feel the need to do it again for a first round game.
