I disagree. I switched from gym to doing it at home cause I hated the environment and seemed like an overall waste of money for the type of stuff they make me do anyway.

Yeah I work out at home too (cause people stare at the gym <.<), I have a bodypump (doing silly excercises with weights on idiotic upbeat music) class on tuesdays, I do half an hour cardio before that. on wednesday I have a body attack (doing silly excerises on idiotic upbeat music) class, and the rest of the week I have a daily routine of 30 sit ups/30 squats/30 lunges/30 crunches/ some stretching and yoga mumbojumbo, this I try and do twice a day.

Actually kickboxing or something sounds really neat...cause of all my inner agression....but then again possible breakage of legs and arms.

Going to the gym and ***also forces me to go outside, cause for the rest I rarely go outside if I dont have to <.<

When engineers don't know what the !@#!@#$@#%@$#%^#$QW^ ASTM code means and give you the stupidest damn comment in the world about how a pipe isn't valid because "it isn't the same manufacturer" even though all pipe is manufactured to the same ASTM standard...

And as an engineer, I just want to strangle them.
