Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

I'm so used to misunderstandings(from both sides) when talking to people that deconstructing a debate piece by piece is for me the only way to make sure that any amount of noise is erased and nothing is left but what is actually meant. This means opening a lot of parentheses sometimes but when I do that I'm not picking an argument, that's actually me trying to do the opposite: I'm trying to defuse reducing every part of the conversation to its single elements, one by one.

I get into two problems though:

1. Sometimes I forget to explain what I'm doing and the other person carries on with the conversation flow while I'm talking about something that happened earlier, thus creating a disconnection which ultimately ends up in a complete inability to communicate further

2. If the interlocutor is an aggressive type they might get superangry at me and just start attacking me for what I'm doing believing my intentions are malicious
