I'm a lot more flexible than I used to be, but I still don't find sitting like that comfortable.
Technically I don;t know if it's truly comfortable or just not as uncomfortable as being directly on my butt :x

I do have an adjustable standing desk at work and I switch off throughout the day.

At home the cushion mostly does its job.
