In general if you want a good erp experience better pick one person and train them. Also cause even if they've done it before, it might be with a person who doesn't have the same tastes as you, so there could be need to readapt.

I do, but it doesn't invalidate my complaint. It's one of the least satisfied customer bases in the US and it helps when you have regional monopolies.

That has a lot to do with it, but the service/equipment is progressively getting worse. It's amusing to watch them try to stay relevant.
