Seems you can upload your game somewhere and then other people can download it for free. I'd assume you need a copy of RPGM to download it too.
There have been console RPG Makers since at least as far back as the PS1. You used to share the games via memory card iirc.

You should probably put a shirt on too. I don't think a skirt/stockings/boots is enough.

Bear Grylls taught me that keeping the core warm will naturally help keep your extremities warmer too.

He taught me to drink my own piss in emergencies, so if I'm ever stranded in the wilderness it's been nice knowing you, I'll die of thirst.
