Worse part is that theoogle mail limits the amount t of letters you can have so you gotta spend time collecting items, deleting letters, request rewards, repeat.

Maybe she took a break from subscribing? I remember there was a time when she was very unhappy with the game. FFIX stuff was (iirc) the most recent one I got.
